​After a very successful showing in the Oricon Charts several weeks back, popular Johnny’s group Kis-My-Ft2 announced brand new album FREE HUGS!, scheduled to drop April 24. According to the band, FREE HUGS! carries a theme of “sharing our love through our music and connecting to people beyond genre and borderline.” With this, Kis-My-Ft2 hopes to energize and connect with their fans like never before. FREE HUGS! is to feature fifteen tracks, including latest single “君を大好きだ” (“Kimi wo Daisukida”), ”君、僕。” (”Kimi, Boku.”), and “L.O.V.E.“ This album will be the group’s eighth overall.

FREE HUGS! will release with three different editions: a CD-only standard edition and two CD + DVD limited editions simply named Type A and Type B. Both Type A and Type B will release with their own exclusive bonus track, with Type A also including a music video for album exclusive track “HUG & WALK” and an overseas shooting documentary for FREE HUGS! aptly titled Episode of FREE HUGS! ～Overseas shooting～. Type B, too, will honor itself with an exclusive episode of Kis-My-Tv for the album. And, as though not to be outdone, the standard edition will release a solo song from each member of Kis-My-Ft2, a feat they haven’t done since their sixth album I SCREAM. All three versions, then, are truly unique in their own way.

But wait, there’s more: as a special treat for all Kis-My-Ft2 fans, all three editions will include once-in-a-lifetime content, VR de HUG!. With this you can see all members of Kis-My-Ft2 up-close-and-personal (in a 360° fashion) in the comfort of your own home as they play games and sing songs from the album.
