Ai Otsuka chimes in with new single!
Pop singer Ai Otsuka revealed she will be providing the upcoming intro for popular romantic fantasy anime Fruits Basket. The new opening will be titled “Chime” and it will be released September 4. “Chime” is the first release by Ai Otsuka since her last single “Watashi” which came out back in 2017. The track is being released in three editions total, and while the standard edition will be CD-only the other two editions are packed with extras. The CD + 2-DVD editions and the CD + Blu-ray come with live footage taken from Ai am BEST, too tour 2019-Yes! Kokoga Iessu!- which was held May 2 at Zepp Diver City, and buyers of these editions also get a behind-the-scenes look, a forty-minute stage talk, and, finally, the music videos for both “Chime” and another song to be on the single titled "kit palette".
