Rapper AK-69 announced that he will be releasing a brand new album, The Race, June 9. This will be the latest release by the vocalist since his album LIVE:live back in August of last year and will be his eleventh album overall. AK-69, who loves cars, compares his life to a race in the theme of the album. This work contains a total of ten songs, including collaboration track "I'm the shit feat. ￥ellow Bucks" between AK-69 and ￥ ellow Bucks, which was released across all digital streaming platforms on April 11. It will also drop with two editions: a CD-only standard edition and a limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD. The DVD is set to include several music videos which will be featured on the album.
