Long running three-member Quruli announced that they will be releasing a brand new album, 天才の愛 (Tensai no Ai) on April 28th. This will be the latest original album down by the legendary band since Song Line back in September of 2018 and will be their thirteenth album overall. In addition to existing songs such as "益荒男さん" (“Masuro san”) and "大阪万博” (“Osaka Banpaku”) that was released digitally last year, it will also include “Kotokoto Kotoden" with Homecomings vocalist Ayaka Tatamino as guest collaborator. Tensai no Ai will release with eleven songs total including "Love You" and ”潮風のアリア” (“Shiokaze Aria”), that is hinted to have a magnificent view of the world and beautiful melody.

It will also drop with three editions: a CD-only standard edition and limited editions Type A and B. Type A will include a bonus Blu-ray while Type B will include a DVD, both of which will feature the LIVEWIRE くるり in 京都磔磔 (Quruli in Kyoto Takutaku) live concert that took place back in July and 京都音楽博覧会2020  (Kyoto Ongaku Hakurankai) that took place in September.
