R&B bi-lingual singer-songwriter, AI released a new digital single “Not So Different” on November 25 along with the music video. “Not So Different” is the latest release since her first mini album, It’s All Me - Vol. 1 that released in July to celebrate her 20th Anniversary in the music industry. To follow up the release of “Not So Different”, she released a remix version that features rapper Awich on December 11. “Not So Different” is a vocal and lyric heavy track that utilizes both English and Japanese and is an uplifting song to help unite everyone as well. This track talks about how we are not so different and we are all human. Fall In Love With Mirei Touyama's Newest Release!

Pop vocalist and music corner alumni, Mirei Touyama, has released her latest digital single and music video for “Iya Iiya” on November 3! “Iya Iiya” is a mid-tempo pop song that has R&B influence in it. The hashtag for this new digital single is #私はそれでも恋をする (Even if, we’ll never give up to fall in love) and is a beautiful love song. This follows up her four cover songs that she released from September 30 throughout October, “Daimeiwakusei,” “Giai,” “Kakurennbo,” and “HACK.” The music video for “Iya Iiya” is simplistic and cute, showcasing falling in love. “Iya Iiya” is currently streaming on all digital platforms and make sure to check out the music video below!

Four member rock band I Don’t Like Mondays. released their newest digital single titled “ENTERTAINER”. This is I Don’t Like Mondays. sixth digital single for the year and follows up “MR. CLEVER” that released last month. “ENTERTAINER” is a smooth soft rock track and is produced by Esme Mori. Esme Mori is known for working with both popular and upcoming artists such as chelmico, Awesome City Club, Anonymouz, and many more. KIRA Gives New Meaning of Hell in Latest Release!

R&B singer-songwriter and music corner alumni KIRA released her latest digital single, “Go to hell,” on all digital streaming platforms on October 29. “Go to hell” follows up KIRA’s latest digital single “Don’t text me”, and is her fourth digital single of 2020. “Go to hell” is a powerful track, not just musically, but lyrically as well. It starts off slow and you can feel KIRA’s powerful vocals pull you in with her deep lyrics. The music video for “Go to hell” was released the same day as the digital single and is directed by ISSEI. ISSEI has directed several of KIRA’s past music videos such as “Lovin’ you”, “Don’t text me”, and “Bye Bye Boy”, to name a few. ISSEI is known for his colorful backgrounds and use of cinematography. Yayoi Daimon Shows Fans To Never Give Up In New Releases!

Japanese rapper, singer-songwriter, DJ, and producer Yayoi Daimon released her latest digital single “Makenna” on October 2nd and just released the music video on October 16th! “Makenna” comes months after Yayoi Daimon’s “3EP GIRLS” that all released in March of this year. Yayoi Daimon came up with the track “Makenna” after feeling depressed with all SXSW and her live perfomances being canceled due to the pandemic. Yayoi Daimon realized that many were suffering due to the situation and wrote the song “Makenna” to bring back her energy and to give energy to others as well. “Makenna” was written with the memory of the late Hana Kimura. This track “Makenna” yells loudly to never give up and to bring to light the effect of using slander on the SNS sites such as Twitter. Yayoi Daimon wanted to use her voice to bring the effects of slander on others.

The music video for “Makenna” was directed by Masashi Muto, who has directed videos for other famous artists such as Amuro Namie, Hamasaki Ayumi, GIRL NEXT DOOR, GACKT, and many more. “Makenna” is also available on all digital streaming platforms such as AppleMusic and Spotify.
