Chiaki Sato takes fans to a whole new Planet of sounds with new album!
/Chiaki Sato, formerly of band Kinoko Teikoku, announced that she will be releasing a brand new album, PLANET, November 13. This will be her first full album since her departure from the band and being signed to UNIVERSAL MUSIC Japan’s label. Not much is known about PLANET but it is to be released with two editions, a CD-only standard release and a CD + DVD limited edition. The album will also drop with twelve tracks total and will include recently released track “キスをする” (“Kiss wo Suru”). The DVD will also include several tracks from her special studio live performance.

Sato also announced that she will be holding a small one-woman live tour in December lovingly called 空から落ちる星のように (Sora kara Ochiru Hoshi no Youni). Currently only two dates have been revealed for the tour (details at right).
