Popular idol group Niji no Conquistador celebrate seven years of their high-energy, sunshine-enthused ways with seven-track EP RAINBOW SUMMER SHOWER!

The group continues to make waves in Japan. Their recent solo show become the top story on Yahoo News, as well as various other media. Their impact is also spread worldwide with the inclusion of two tracks from RAINBOW SUMMER SHOWER in Spotify’s official Idol Pop Japan playlist! This includes summer anthem "Sekai no Chushin de Niji wo Sakenda Summer" , penned by idol pop supremos Motonari Murakawa (BABYMETAL, Dempagumi.inc, SMAP) and NOBE (Juice=Juice, Momoiro Clover Z, LADYBABY). Its bikini filled video has been watched over 666k times!

It also includes latest focus track "Umai Mono Fanclub". A collaboration project with ZEN-NOH, a federation of agricultural cooperatives in Japan, that also features plenty of delicious things in its video. The track’s composer and lyricist Kenichi Maeyamada (responsible for penning iconic anime theme songs from Bodacious Space Pirates, Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts and Hunter x Hunter) comments, "Japanese food is really delicious! We, members of the Delicious Things Fanclub, are crazy about food! Ah, I’m hungry!".

RAINBOW SUMMER SHOWER is the first Niji no Conquistador EP release since the arrival of two new members: German-born Miyu Otsuka, who originally graduated the troupe in 2017 and lists her special skills as painting portraits and doing impersonations; and Miyu Kirino, who enjoys making plastic models and watching anime.
