RAY Shows A New Shade to the Group With Upcoming Single!

Up-and-coming three-member idol group RAY announced that they will be releasing a brand new single, “Yellow”, June 23. This will be the latest release by the group since their album Pink back in May of last yeat. Not only will this single continue the color motif of their previous two releases, but it will also be their second single overall. The group attracted a lot of attention by breaking the rule of what it means to be an idol group by fusing shoegazer, IDM, emo, hardcore, and melodic punk with an idol aesthetic. "Yellow" is a work that incorporates pop elements while following the traditional shoegaze route. A total of four songs will be released including “Regination" and "17”, which was provided by Kei Toriki. It is written with the theme of “post-black metal band moving towards pop”.
