At Sayaka Yamamoto’s birthday event back on July 14 it was announced she will be releasing a live recording of her concert held May 14 at Zepp Tokyo. The new concert will be called Yamamoto Sayaka LIVE TOUR 2019 - I'm ready - and will be released October 16.

Yamamoto Sayaka LIVE TOUR 2019 - I'm ready - is being released in two editions, a DVD edition and a Blu-ray edition; both editions are basically the same, just on different formats, and they both include a poster.
