SCANDAL embraces the darkness in new album

Rock band SCANDAL revealed they will be dropping their first album since the creation of their own record label titled “her”. The new album, Kiss from the darkness, will be dropping February 12 next year. Kiss from the darkness is SCANDAL’s ninth album overall and their first album in two years; their last was Honey, released February 14, 2018. The singles that have been released since the formation of her will be on the new album with songs “Masterpiece”, “Blink”, “Fuzzy”, and “Final Weapons”. Kiss from the darkness will mark a new direction for the band. Lead vocalist Haruna commented, “I think you can hear new challenges and experimental parts from the songs that have already been released.” 

The excitingly fresh album is being released in four editions total: a standard CD-only edition, a limited edition Type A which comes with a bonus DVD, a limited edition type B which comes with a magazine, and a limited edition that comes with bonus DVD plus a T-shirt. The full track listing has not yet been revealed but there will be a total of fifteen tracks on the CD. The limited edition Type A DVD will feature a documentary which will follow the members of SCANDAL for the first year of their new label and the DVD for the limited edition will contain a music video for the already released singles.
