Three-member rock band ACIDMAN divulged more information about their upcoming single “灰色の街” (“Haiiro no Machi”) which will be released June 3. It will include two discs, with not only the track itself but a live concert rip from their latest live tour 創、再現 which took place at Tokyo’s Shin Kiba STUDIO COAST last October—making this release a “super single”. This was the latest release by the group since “Millennium” back in July 2017 and will be their twenty-ninth single overall. To hype up the release as well, the band also dropped a small preview of the music video on their official YouTube channel. Shot in black in white, the video features a slow yet rising composition that sends chills down any listener’s spine, making this a song not to miss.

Due to the uniqueness of this release there are no pre-order links internationally at the time of reporting but the single is currently available via Amazon JP. In the meantime check out the trailer for “Haiiro no Machi” below!

ACIDMAN rereleases debut album, albeit with a twist!

Three-member rock band ACIDMAN announced that they will be remastering their first major album, 創 (Sou), exclusively for vinyl October 30. Fans should know that this specific date has a special place in the band’s heart, as this was the date they originally debuted eighteen years prior.

This announcement comes as a surprise for fans, as this is the first time the band will be experimenting with a vinyl style release; however, it is a welcome one. Similarly with its original release, Sou will drop with twelve tracks total and will be the latest release by ACIDMAN since Lambda back in December of 2017.
