Miliyah Kato To Release 15th Anniversary Tour!

R&B-pop singer-songwriter Miliyah Kato has announced her latest tour, 15th Anniversary Miliyah Budokan 2020, will be coming to Blu-ray and DVD on March 17! This release includes her performance that took place at Nippon Budokan in November 2020 to commemorate her 15th Anniversary in the industry, which was the first time in ten years Miliyah performed at Budokan. This is Miliyah’s latest release following up her first cover album COVERS -WOMAN & MAN- that released in November 2020. 15th Anniversary Miliyah Budokan 2020 will include a total of 30 songs performed and features many special guest appearances by SIMON, COMA-CHI, TARO SOUL, Mika Nakashima, WAKADANNA, AI, Thelma Aoyama, and Shota Shimizu, who are all close friends with Miliyah Kato.

15th Anniversary Miliyah Budokan 2020 will release in two editions: Blu-ray and DVD standard edition. Both releases will include the 30 live performances and the first press edition will include bonus (to be announced) and a A3 sized poster on a first come, first serve basis. Miliyah Kato Makes Special Announcement to Fans!

Urban pop singer-songwriter and fashion designer, Miliyah Kato announced on her official website and Instagram account on December 8th that she will give birth to her second child in spring of 2021. “She stated that she successfully completed her Budokan performance on November 29, that she had planned a year ago. She will continue to do her best in everything and she looks forward to the continued support”. Miliyah also recently released her album COVERS -WOMAN & MAN- on November 25 as well! In April 2019, Miliyah had revealed that she had married a non-celebrity and gave birth to a son in June of that same year.

We wish Miliyah much continued success in her career and a big congratulations on the announcement of her second child.

Miliyah Kato Reveals Details On New Album!

Pop singer-songwriter and fashion designer Miliyah Kato revealed the detailed information on her upcoming album to be released on November 25th. The title was revealed as COVERS -WOMAN & MAN- and will be Miliyah’s first cover album. This will be a two-disc cover album with a total of 15 tracks and will include songs by popular artists such as Shiina Ringo, Koda Kumi, Utada Hikaru, Amuro Namie, Aoyama Thelma, RADWIMPS, Cocco, Nakashima Mika, and many more! This release comes a month after a tribute album titled INSPIRE, dedicated to Miliyah Kato released on October 28th.

COVERS -WOMAN & MAN- will be released in two editions: a 2 CD + DVD limited edition and 2 CD standard edition. The 2 CD + DVD limited edition will include a Special Acoustic Session -Uta no Au 2020- . More details on bonus items will be announced as the release date draws closer.
