Sora Amamiya Paints It Blue With New Album!
/Japanese voice actress and vocalist Sora Amamiya announced her latest album, Paint it, BLUE, which was released on September 2. Amamiya-san is most known for her main roles as a seiyuu in Akame ga Kill, Aldnoah Zero, Isekai Quartet, Konisuba, Magia Record, Monster Musume, Seven Deadly Sins, and Tokyo Ghoul, among many more. Paint it, BLUE will be her first overture on piano and will include the leading tracks “Queen no’cry” and “SPARK”, which were composed by Amamiya-san herself. This album will also include her previous singles “Regeneration” and “PARADOX” which were featured as theme songs for the anime Seven Deadly Sins and Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei Shitemita for which Amamiya-san also contributes as a main seiyuu. “SPARK” has only until now been performed live; this will be the first time it will have a studio-recorded version.
Paint it, BLUE will be released in three editions: a CD+DVD Limited edition, a CD+Blu-ray edition, and a CD-only standard edition. The CD+DVD Limited edition will contain an LP-sized special case in a campus sized tote bag with an art book and the DVD will include making-of footage from the last five years since Amamiya-san’s debut. The CD+Blu-ray limited edition will contain special packing along with the music video for “Queen no’cry”, a jacket, and a making-of footage document.
