V6 Celebrates Twenty-Five Years In New Single
/Boy-idol-group V6 are celebrating their 25th anniversary by releasing a brand-new double A-side single titled “It's my life / Pineapple” which is set to be released on September 23rd. The song “It’s my life” is being used for the third season of the TV Asahi crime drama Tokusou 9. The song “PINEAPPLE” is a dance tune that is unique to V6 and is full of adult charm.
“It's my life / Pineapple” is being released in three editions total; a standard CD-only edition, and two limited editions that will come with a bonus DVD. The limited edition type A DVD will feature the music video for “It’s my life” and the limited edition type B DVD will feature the dance video for “PINEAPPLE”. Two coupling songs will be additionally featured on the standard edition. Pre-orders are up for all editions except the limited edition type B but a bundle of all three editions is available for pre-order.
